Something you have ordered
Email store@cim-edge.com with your order reference, the CE- code in your confirmation email. It gets you a faster answer than anything else, because we can see the order in front of us.
Before you buy
Not sure whether something fits your desk, your monitor or your power situation? Ask. We would rather spend five minutes than take back a chair.
The course, not the shop
Anything about membership, lessons or your CIM-EDGE account is handled on the other side of the business.
When we answer
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm West Africa Time, and usually on Saturday morning too. Anything sent on a Sunday gets picked up Monday.
