Terms of sale
Last changed September 2026.
These are the terms you buy under. They are written to be read rather than to be impressive, and they describe how this shop actually works rather than how a shop that holds stock and ships the same day works.
Who you are buying from
The CIM-EDGE Store is run by CIM-EDGE, the same business behind the trading course at cim-edge.com. A shop account here is separate from a CIM-EDGE membership: you do not need one to buy anything, and having one does not open a shop account by itself.
Prices
Prices are in Nigerian naira and include what you pay for the goods. Delivery is worked out at checkout from the state you are having it sent to, and is shown before you pay. Nothing is added after that.
CIM-EDGE members pay less on everything here. That discount is applied to the price you see once your membership is joined to your shop account; there is no code to remember. A membership that has lapsed pays the public price until it is renewed.
Almost everything here is imported. Exchange rates and shipping costs move, and so do our prices. The price that binds is the one shown when you place your order. If a price is wrong by an obvious mistake, we will tell you before charging you and you can walk away with a full refund.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we email you to confirm we have your payment. If we cannot supply something after you have paid, we refund that item in full and tell you why.
Paying
Payments go through Paystack, by card, bank transfer or USSD. We never see or store your card details. Your order is not started until the payment clears.
Getting it to you
Most of what is here is ordered in for you rather than held on a shelf. It comes to us first, gets opened and checked, and then goes out to you. Every product says how long that takes before you buy it. See Delivery and arrival for the detail.
If something is wrong
See Returns and refunds and Warranty. Neither of those pages takes away any right you have under Nigerian consumer law, and nothing on this page does either.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has it. We may close an account that is used to defraud us or to abuse anybody who works here, and we will say so when we do.
What we are not liable for
We are responsible for the goods being what we said they were and for getting them to you. We are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities or lost profit, whether or not a piece of equipment was involved. Nothing here is a trading tool that changes what your strategy does.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top tells you when this one was written.
