Delivery and arrival
Last changed September 2026.
This is the page most people want, so it goes first: how long things take, and why.
Weeks, not days
Almost everything here is ordered in from our supplier when you buy it. It travels to us, we open it and check it, and then it goes to you. That is typically three to five weeks from payment to your door, and every product page says its own window before you pay rather than after.
Anything we are holding says Here now on its card and ships in one to three working days.
Why we do it that way
Shipping straight from the supplier to you would be faster and would also mean nobody opens the box until you do. We have had enough monitor arms arrive bent to think the extra week is worth it. When something arrives damaged it becomes our problem before it is ever yours.
Delivery cost
Worked out at checkout from the state you are sending to, and shown before you pay. Larger items such as desks and chairs cost more to move, and where that changes the price we say so on the product.
Where we deliver
All 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. We use courier services for most things and a haulier for desks and chairs. We do not ship outside Nigeria at the moment.
Following your order
Every order has its own page, and the link is in your confirmation email. It shows what stage the order has reached: paid, ordered from our supplier, arrived with us, on its way to you, delivered. You will get an email at the two stages that matter, and you can look at the page whenever you like without waiting for one.
Somebody has to be there
Please leave a phone number that is answered, and a landmark if your address is hard to find. Couriers in most cities will not leave equipment with a neighbour, and a failed delivery usually means another day.
